At the first consultation, after my scan, Mr Chowdhry, was clear that I needed a total knee replacement. From then on the process was clear and well defined at each stage. I am now 10 weeks after the operation and my life has been transformed. The pain of every step has been eliminated and I am looking forward to returning to many of the active things that I used to do. Mr Chowdhry, the excellent nursing staff at the Brighton Nuffield ,and the post-operative physiotherapist, have demonstrated a top notch level of expertise and care. I have been kept informed at all times, and the supportive care has been excellent.

Mr Chowdhry is excellent! From diagnosis of AVN in both hips to them being replaced one after the other in under a year - i'm bowled over and extremely grateful to him and all the team at Montefiore, who are all wonderful and kind. The xrays show perfect placement so the surgery was text book and I've recovered very well. The AVN pain has gone and I'm thrilled to get my life back so quick. Thank you all very much

From my initial consultation, and throughout subsequent meetings with Mr Chowdhry, I found him to be a very attentive, informative and sympathetic person who is incredibly easy to talk to and I have the strong opinion that my concerns were fully taken on board. He carefully explained the causes and remedy of my knee problem and accurately diagnosed my problem and forecast the likely outcome of the suggested surgery. I am in no doubt that I received the best possible available care and treatment from Mr Chowdhry, and his team of professionals at Spire Gatwick Park. I unhesitatingly recommend him to other patients requiring similar knee replacement surgery. I am most grateful for the wonderful job he has performed on my knee.

I was first diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both hips in 2009. At the time I turned down the choice of having my right hip replaced. I turned this down as I felt I was too young and the pain and discomfort wasn't bad enough. My hips continued to deteriorate over the years until I could take the pain no more. I was really fearful as I'd never had an operation or stayed in Hospital before. In September 2022, Mr Chowdhry replaced my right hip and in September 2023 he replaced my left hip. I am absolutely bowled over by how much difference these replacements have made to my life. Mr Chowdhry has a very gentle, calming & reassuring way about him, and I completely trusted him. He explained everything he was going to do and based on my preferred lifestyle, the type of replacements he was going to give me. I can't believe how smoothly the whole experience went, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a hip replacement and wants to get back to living an active life. It's hard to find the right words to explain the difference he has made to my life. Absolutely wonderful and why did I wait so long!
